10/10 would recommend this dental office! I would write a novel if I could about my great experience here. If I could give them a higher rating I would!! I was first greeted by friendly faces of Syd and Tori at the front desk. I went in for my first cleaning in a vvvvvvverrrrrry long time (being a single mom, I put things on the back burner), anyway Dr. Yaacoobi and Carly worked on me at my visit and they were so wonderful. Carly is so efficient and so nice. Dr. Yaacoobi was so nice and professional and did such a great job on my teeth and answered and explained things very thoroughly. I grew up going to an OG Korean Dentist, which she's great too, but my old Korean dentist was hardcore where everything hurt, but Pleasant Grove Dental Group is such a game changer. I had a cracked tooth and a cavity and I needed a crown, they were able to do my cleaning and fix my tooth all in one session. I did not feel a thing!! I was comfortable throughout my whole procedure. Tori went over finances and costs of everything. She made it feel like I was chatting with one of my girlfriends, she made the situation of talking about money and costs less stressful. I appreciate all them at the dental group!! I can confidently say that Dr. Patel is the best dentist in all of California. I’ve been going here for a few years and it’s always the same standard - efficient work, welcoming front office, incredible staff. Their hygienists and dental assistants are top notch. If you get Karlena as your dental assistant, you’ll instantly see the reflection of how professional and close knit this practice is.
